Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is eligible you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not cover the return shipping cost for any change of mind returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) can not be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We can only offer an exchange of a product once.
Exchanges
Once the item is returned an inspected we will issue you a code which is valid up to the value of your returned item. You are able to spend this on anything on our website as the form of an exchange.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty or incorrect.
